Focused Performance Support for Musicians

Focused Support for Performers is designed for a specific, clearly defined issue—often something time-sensitive—that’s affecting your ability to perform the way you want to. That might be performance anxiety, confidence, mental preparation, perfectionism, getting unstuck after a difficult performance, or preparing psychologically for an upcoming audition, recital, or other high-stakes event.​

Available as a single session or three-session package.

This is not a flute lesson or ongoing flute instruction. If what you’re looking for is broader, ongoing, or exploratory support around your playing or artistic development, start with an Initial Conversation

Choose what fits

​

A Single Session is a good fit when there’s one specific issue you’d like help with now. Your session includes one week of Voxer support afterward for follow-up questions, insights, and anything that emerges as the work continues to unfold.

​

A Three Session Package gives us more room to work with the same focused issue, explore what may be beneath the surface, and build from one session to the next. All three sessions are used within six weeks of your first session, with Voxer support included throughout that time.

Both options are complete in themselves. There is no expectation that you continue into longer-term work.

Reduced-Fee Sessions

 

Reduced-fee Focused Performance Support is available for current students, recent graduates within approximately two years of completing their degree or training, and others for whom the standard fee would create a meaningful financial barrier.

The work is exactly the same. Only the fee is different.

​

No documentation is required. I simply ask that you choose the reduced rate thoughtfully so these spaces remain available to people who genuinely need them.
